College Closed Monday Because of Severe Weather

All Wake Tech campuses are closed Monday, March 16, 2026, due to forecasts of severe weather. Although the college is on spring break, many non-degree classes are still held this week. Students taking non-degree classes in person should check with their instructors for more information. Online non-degree classes continue as scheduled. Many Wake Tech student services, including Admissions and Advising, are available online at virtualsupport.waketech.edu. Wake Tech employees who can work remotely should do so.

Tuition Information

Tuition is established by the State Board of Community Colleges and the North Carolina General Assembly and is subject to change without notice.

Registered May 7-20 (Summer 2026 schedule adjustment period)
Payment is due the same day you register, by 5 p.m. at the Cashier’s Office or by midnight online via Self-Service.
Fall 2026 – Registered by July 29
Payment is due on July 29, by 5 p.m. at the Cashier's Office or by midnight online via Self-Service.
Registered July 30 - August 19 (Fall 2026 schedule adjustment period)
Payment is due the same day you register, by 5 p.m. at the Cashier’s Office or by midnight online via Self-Service.

*Fall 2026 tuition bills will be available after July 1.

Tuition Payment Plan

If you enroll in the Tuition Payment Plan for Summer 2026 by May 17, you make two payments: 1/2 (plus plan fee) on the date of enrollment and 1/2 on June 20.

To pay online, log in to Self-Service and click on "Student Finance." If you are enrolled in the payment plan, select "Pay with a payment plan." If not enrolled in the payment plan, select "Pay in full."

Payments also can be made in person or by mail to the Cashier's Office.
