Wake Tech is closed December 24 through January 4 for winter break and will reopen January 5. Prospective students can still apply for enrollment online during the break, and continuing students can register for Spring semester classes, which start January 7.

Tuition Information

Tuition is established by the State Board of Community Colleges and the North Carolina General Assembly and is subject to change without notice.

Registered by December 10 for Spring 2026
Payment is due on December 10, by 5 p.m. at the Cashier's Office or by midnight online via Self-Service.
Registered during Spring 2026 Add Period (December 11 - January 9 for most classes)
Payment is due the same day you register, by 5 p.m. at the Cashier’s Office or by midnight online via Self-Service.

*Fall 2025 tuition bills will be available after July 1.

Tuition Payment Plan

If you enroll in the Tuition Payment Plan for Spring 2026 by December 10, you make three payments: 1/3 (plus plan fee) on the date of enrollment, 1/3 on January 20 and 1/3 on February 20. If you enroll in the plan between December 11 and January 6, you make two payments: 1/2 (plus plan fee) on the date of enrollment and 1/2 on February 20.

To pay online, log in to Self-Service and click on "Student Finance." If you are enrolled in the payment plan, select "Pay with a payment plan." If not enrolled in the payment plan, select "Pay in full."

Payments also can be made in person or by mail to the Cashier's Office.
