Wake Tech is closed Monday for the Labor Day holiday. Prospective students can still apply online, and current students can register for mini-mester courses. All classes will resume and offices will reopen Tuesday morning.
To attend an in-person New Student Orientation session, follow these steps:
Determine which type of seated session described below best fits your situation

Complete the questionnaire to register
Traditional students: A two-hour session designed for students ages 18 to 24 who graduated from high school or an equivalency program within the last few years.
Non-traditional students: A two-hour session designed for students age 25 or older and those with family or job responsibilities.
Extended session: A session of up to three hours for those who prefer a slower pace or may not feel comfortable online. Learn how to set up your Wake Tech email account, use Self-Service to register for classes and use Blackboard to get course information and submit assignments.
