Testing Procedures

We are excited to announce that our testing accommodation request form is now accessible online. We hope this will assist with coordinating services in a more timely manner. Please note that these procedures are only for Northern Wake Campus, Southern Wake Campus, Online, and some Perry Health Campus students at this time. If you are a Perry Health Campus student, please connect with Ashley Bailey for further instructions.

In order to coordinate appropriate accommodations, students should submit their requests no later than 48 business hours prior to their test date, and no earlier than 3 weeks in advance.
