Description
This course covers more advanced features and functions of Microsoft Project Professional 2016. In Part 1, you learned the basic features used during the planning phase of a project. Part 2 covers the advanced knowledge and skills required to update a project plan during the execution, monitoring, and controlling phases. Once your project plan is approved, you can manage it with Project 2016 to make sure it’s completed on time, within budget, and according to scope.
Course Objectives
  1. Participants will learn to:
    1. Update a project plan to reflect progress as you execute the project.
    2. Monitor project progress in the project plan.
    3. Adjust the project plan to control constraints.
    4. Create project reports to share a project’s status.
    5. Customize project settings and share customizations with other projects.
