Cisco CCNA 1 Networking & Routing Foundations

Course ID: NET-3100U2   |   Overview

This is the first part of a two-part course series designed to help individuals build a career in networking and prepare for the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) 200-301 certification. The course covers essential networking concepts, including an introduction to TCP/IP networking, Ethernet LAN fundamentals, and WANs with IP routing. Students will gain experience in configuring and managing Ethernet LANs, utilizing the command-line interface, and analyzing Ethernet LAN switching. Topics also include implementing VLANs, understanding Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), and designing and troubleshooting IPv4 addressing and routing. Students will learn to operate Cisco routers, configure static routes, and troubleshoot IPv4 routing issues. Additionally, the course covers the fundamentals of OSPF and IPv6 addressing, preparing students to work with modern network technologies.

Cisco CCNA 2 Advanced Networking, Security & Automation

Course ID: NET-3100V2   |   Overview

This is the second part of a two-part course series designed to help individuals advance their networking career and prepare for the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) 200-301 certification. The course dives into advanced networking concepts, including wireless LANs, security services, and network automation. Students will explore wireless networking fundamentals, configure and secure wireless LANs, and manage IP access control lists (ACLs) for enhanced network security. IT Support: Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST)

Course ID: CTS-3255H2   |   Overview

This Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) IT Support course provides foundational knowledge and skills necessary for entry-level IT support roles. Students will learn key concepts such as queue and time management, troubleshooting, documentation practices, and assisting end users with network and device issues. The course covers a wide range of topics including hardware and software support, operating system troubleshooting (Windows, MacOS, and mobile devices), network connectivity, cloud terminology, and security threat identification. Through hands-on labs and real-world scenarios, students will develop practical skills in using remote support tools, resolving common IT issues, and preparing for the 100-140 Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) IT Support certification exam.
