Description
This course is intended for participants who have completed the CompTIA IT Fundamentals course or those with equivalent experience who want to expand their knowledge and skills. Topics covered include mobile devices, networking technology, hardware, virtualization, cloud computing, and network troubleshooting. Upon completion, students should be able to provide customer support to properly diagnose, troubleshoot, install, configure, and maintain PCs, mobile devices, and software. In addition, students should have the ability to successfully pass the CompTIA A 220-1001 certification exam.
Course Objectives
  1. Assemble components based on customer requirements
  2. Install, configure, and maintain PCs, mobile devices, and software for end users
  3. Understand the basics of networking and security forensics
  4. Apply troubleshooting skills
  5. Provide appropriate customer support
