Get instruction in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety requirements and standards for the construction industry.

The 10-hour OSHA course provides entry-level construction workers learn how to recognize and prevent hazards on a construction site. The 30-hour OSHA course is a comprehensive overview of the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions on the job site. It also provides an understanding of OSHA General Industry regulations, enforcement and compliance.

These courses are an ideal orientation for workers who are new to construction and an excellent reminder of workplace hazards for those who have been in the industry for some time.

This class provides instruction in OSHA safety requirements and standards for the construction industry. Students will learn to identify hazards on construction job sites and methods of reducing or eliminating the hazard. A certification exam is administered at the end of the class and students who successfully complete the exam will receive their OSHA 30 Hour Safety Certification for Construction.

Course Objectives

have an understanding of all topics presented and how they apply to a construction site. They will be able to identify hazards and recommend corrective action to eliminate the hazard.
