Life insurance

Employees can purchase protection for their families through a group term life policy or several other policy options.

Disability insurance

Wake Tech provides disability coverage to full-time employees at no cost to the employee. Short-term benefits begin after a 60-day waiting period and continue for up to a year. Long-term benefits begin after that. Employees also can purchase supplemental disability coverage.
