Wake Tech is closed December 24 through January 4 for winter break and will reopen January 5. Prospective students can still apply for enrollment online during the break, and continuing students can register for Spring semester classes, which start January 7.

The Culinary Arts curriculum trains students so they can assume positions of culinary professionals in a variety of foodservice settings:

  • Contract food service
  • Health care facilities

Diploma program (WT Course ID #: D55150)

The Culinary Arts Diploma program includes basic and more advanced courses to help prepare students for entry into the culinary field or to advance in their current foodservice positions.

Certificates program (WT Course ID #: C55150A)

The Culinary Certificate includes basic courses to help prepare students for entry into the culinary field or to advance in their current foodservice jobs.
