Favorite Wake Tech program: My favorite Wake Tech program/resource is the student services Care Center. The Care Center provides students with several resources to help them stay on track. Wake Tech invests in the well-being of its students by providing resources such as success coaches, the Nest food pantry, transportation assistance, mental health counseling and much more.

Hobbies: Interior design, baking, painting, DIY projects and all things fashion.

Favorite Wake Tech program: My favorite Wake Tech program/resource is CCP. I love this program because it gives the opportunity for high school students to earn college credits while taking high school classes. I wish I had the opportunity when I was in school.

Why Wake Tech? Wake Tech is the best place to explore your interests at a reasonable price. Not only do we have your traditional programs involving STEM or the humanities, but there are also so many career programs on campus. Therefore, unlike many traditional four-year institutions, at Wake Tech, you could experiment with a trade class at the same time you are taking a language or more traditional subject like history.

Favorite Wake Tech program: My favorite Wake Tech program/resource is the Care Center. I started my Wake Tech journey in the Care Center, and I love the support it provides students. In the Care Center, students can get mental wellness assistance, food assistance, financial literacy education, student success coaching, emergency financial aid and much more. The staff truly care about supporting students, and it is a very rewarding place to work.

Hobbies: Cooking, food festivals, watching sports

Students from many different backgrounds come to Wake Tech, and the advisors assist in helping the students plan out how their path at Wake Tech will play out. There are advisors on every campus and provide assistance with 10+ career fields.
