College Closed Tuesday Because of Icy Conditions

All Wake Tech campuses will remain closed Tuesday, January 27, 2026. Students taking in-person classes should check with their instructors for more information. Online classes will continue as scheduled. Many Wake Tech services, including Admissions and Academic Advising, are available virtually at virtualsupport.waketech.edu. Wake Tech employees who can work remotely should do so.

Business Services provides goods and services to all Wake Tech divisions, departments and academic programs to support instruction, research and college administration.

The department's mission is to continuously assess and improve the quality of service provided to customers through innovative processes and sound business practices. Staff members are dedicated to providing prompt, efficient and courteous customer service.

The Procurement Office is authorized to solicit bids and award contracts for necessary goods and services, ensuring that the transactions achieve the best value, conform to ethical standards of practice and comply with Wake Tech policies and all other applicable laws, rules and regulations.
