This nationally-accredited course prepares you to take the Personal Trainer Certification exam given by the American Council of Exercise (ACE) – and to become a skilled personal trainer! You’ll learn about the ACE Integrated Fitness Training™ (ACE IFT™) Model for designing individualized programs based on clients’ health, fitness levels, and goals.
Course Objectives
  1. understand the basic components of Human Anatomy, Exercise Physiology, Nutrition and applied sciences (behavioral, managerial, clerical) relative to Personal Training.
  2. be able to safely prescribe workout regimens for apparently healthy individuals.
