Water Leak on Southern Wake Campus

Emergency repairs to a leaking underground water pipe will begin Tuesday evening, September 22, 2026. Tuesday classes will continue as scheduled, but repairs may require Southern Wake Campus to close on Wednesday, September 23, 2026.

Wake Tech will send an update through WARN by 11 p.m. Tuesday and, if needed, another by 6 a.m. Wednesday.

Commercial Interior Design Certificate

The Commercial Interior Design Certificate introduces students to the contract and professional realm of interior design.

Course work focuses on commercial code compliance, technical requirements and construction documents.

Revit software is introduced and incorporated into commercial projects.
