Design & Construction provides effective planning, design and management oversight for all campus construction projects. The office also oversees the long-range master plan and campus environment. Within Facility Operations, it plans for the future growth of the college to accommodate enrollment and academic program changes.
Interested contractors, vendors and designers wishing to provide services for Wake Tech construction projects should respond to requests for proposals and invitations for bids advertised through the State Interactive Purchasing System and in The News & Observer and the Greater Diversity Newspaper.
