Facility Operations

The Mission of Facility Operations is to plan for future growth needs and to maintain a functional, safe and secure learning and working environment for faculty, staff, students and visitors.

Facility Operations Division is responsible for maintaining the College Master Plan as well as maintenance and operations of the five major campuses, one future campus (RTP) and several smaller sites/centers including upkeep of the grounds, parking lots/decks, maintenance, housekeeping and planning and oversight of design and construction of all renovation and capital building projects. These efforts are supported by campus security, environmental health and safety and a variety of administrative offices and college committees.
