For retired pharmacist and health administrator Julian Bradley, it’s painting, and his artwork is being shown at Cary’s Town Hall from January 27 to March 23. People interested in cosmetology and natural hair care careers now have a streamlined, non-degree option for earning the required credentials. Wake Tech’s School of Cosmetology certification and Natural Hair Care Specialist licensure programs will be offered at the newly-opened Beltline Education Center beginning in March, and registration is now open.
