Online courses continue as scheduled. Many Wake Tech services, including Admissions and Academic Advising, are available virtually at virtualsupport.waketech.edu. Wake Tech employees who can work remotely should do so.

IT Service Technician Certificate

Wake Tech Course ID: C25590IS

The IT Service Technician Certificate teaches students entry-level industry knowledge and customer handling skills so they can transition into an entry-level job in the IT support industry.

Students learn hardware, networking and security skills that align with CompTIA's A+, Network+ and Security+ certification exams. They learn both the ITIL 4.0 framework and the soft skills to work with a variety of customers in multiple contexts.
