Wake Tech is closed Monday for the Labor Day holiday. Prospective students can still apply online, and current students can register for mini-mester courses. All classes will resume and offices will reopen Tuesday morning.
The Geomatics Field Tech Certificate allows students to explore various equipment, software and technologies associated with data collection and processing in the surveying industry.
The program allows for hands-on learning with survey equipment and emphasizes essential field skills required for instrument operation, data collection, construction staking and boundary surveying.
NOTE: Tuition listed is for in-state students. Out-of-state tuition is higher.
Tuition is set annually by the State Board of Community Colleges. Wake Tech charges various fees in addition to tuition, and individual programs also have specific costs associated with them.
