The Basic Construction Management Certificate is designed for individuals already in the construction industry who want to study the principles of construction management.
Topics include safety/OSHA regulations and compliance, residential and commercial blueprint reading, project planning and scheduling, human relations issues and professional construction supervision.
Individuals who complete the certificate will have taken an essential step in the process of qualifying as a construction project manager, superintendent, foreman or estimator.
NOTE: Tuition listed is for in-state students. Out-of-state tuition is higher.
Tuition is set annually by the State Board of Community Colleges. Wake Tech charges various fees in addition to tuition, and individual programs also have specific costs associated with them.
