The John Deere Agricultural Tech program is designed to be a two-year Associate in Applied Science degree. The curriculum follows the general Agricultural Systems Technology curriculum standards, except that the material is concentrated on the needs of John Deere agricultural and turf equipment dealers.

Wake Tech is one of 21 community colleges that provide instruction on John Deere agricultural equipment.

The Agricultural Tech program provides unique opportunities for both the student and the dealer sponsor.
