Wake Tech's Spring graduation ceremonies are set for 8 a.m., 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Saturday on Scott Northern Wake Campus. Family and friends unable to attend in person can watch the ceremonies live online.
The Adult High School and High School Equivalency programs will hold their graduation ceremony at 5:30 p.m. Saturday on Scott Northern Wake Campus. Family and friends can watch it live online as well.
EPIC30 is a 30-hour certification for those wishing to teach online. Topics include Universal Design for Learning, making accessible digital content, learning to use Blackboard LMS and best instructional design practices for online course design. Certification is available to the general public as well as Wake Tech faculty.
It is a requirement for all online instructors at Wake Tech to be certified. In addition to online faculty, seated and hybrid faculty have recognized the value and benefits of this training and have sought certification. To date, more than 600 faculty and staff have achieved online certification.
