Wake Tech is closed Monday in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Prospective students can still apply online. The college will reopen Tuesday morning.

The Basic Construction Estimating Certificate provides instruction on print reading, selected topics in Construction Management Technology, planning and estimating and more.
NOTE: Tuition listed is for in-state students. Out-of-state tuition is higher.
Tuition is set annually by the State Board of Community Colleges. Wake Tech charges various fees in addition to tuition, and individual programs also have specific costs associated with them.
