Phlebotomy is a great field for individuals with an interest in working in a clinic, hospital, lab, nursing facility, donor center, or doctors’ offices. Through this course, students will explore how to enter the field with a look at the job duties and work environment. Students will also review the education, training, licensing, and certification that phlebotomists must complete. Students will also engage in customer service skills training needed for success in phlebotomy.
