Water Leak on Southern Wake Campus

Emergency repairs to a leaking underground water pipe will begin Tuesday evening, September 22, 2026. Tuesday classes will continue as scheduled, but repairs may require Southern Wake Campus to close on Wednesday, September 23, 2026.

Wake Tech will send an update through WARN by 11 p.m. Tuesday and, if needed, another by 6 a.m. Wednesday.

Project Management AAS

The Project Management AAS Degree teaches students how to define, initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control all aspects of a project to bring it to a positive end.

Course work covers accounting, finance, economics, business ethics and human capital management. The curriculum mixes theory and practical application aligned with government, industry and entrepreneurship.

After completing this program, students should be able to apply their skills to the principals and practices aligned with the Project Management Institute.
