ID Badges & Parking Decals

Attention students:
  • All curriculum Wake Tech students must have an official, college-issued ID badge.
  • Veteran student ID badges are now available

A Wake Tech-issued ID badge is required
for these campus services:

  • ILC Tutoring Center
  • Campus libraries
  • Book purchases with financial aid
  • Challenge exams      
  • eLearning Testing Center
  • Wake Tech bus service
  • Student Center
  • Supplemental testing
  • Open computer labs
  • Wake Tech equipment and resources

New students

Obtain your ID badge by visiting one of our offices listed below: 

  1. Complete registration
  2. Pay tuition
  3. Present another form of photo identification (driver's license, passport, military ID (DD214), etc.)

Vehicle decal information

  • Students are required to have their vehicle registration cards with them to obtain a Wake Tech parking decal.
  • Gate cards may be obtained at the Perry Health Sciences Campus only.
  • Download, complete and print this form
