Wake Tech is closed Monday for the Labor Day holiday. Prospective students can still apply online, and current students can register for mini-mester courses. All classes will resume and offices will reopen Tuesday morning.
NOTE: This program is being terminated and is not accepting new students. Advisors will work with current students to finish their certificates by August 2027.
The Architectural Construction Technology Certificate focuses on students' understanding, knowledge and application of architectural construction software with residential and commercial building construction.
The certificate is completed in the second year of the Architectural Technology AAS program. After completion, students should be able to apply construction knowledge through building codes, systems, contracts and specifications, and generate detailed architectural drawings using both CAD and BIM software.
NOTE: Tuition listed is for in-state students. Out-of-state tuition is higher.
Tuition is set annually by the State Board of Community Colleges. Wake Tech charges various fees in addition to tuition, and individual programs also have specific costs associated with them.
