The Cybersecurity AAS Degree equips students with the knowledge and hands-on experience to protect computers, networks and data from cyber threats.
NOTE: This program is being terminated and isn't accepting new students. Faculty advisors will work with current students to ensure they complete their certificates by May 2027.
The Cyber Operations and Digital Forensics Certificate program focuses on the skills needed for entry-level work in a security operations center, maintaining all security monitoring tools and investigating any suspicious activities.

The Penetration Testing & Ethical Hacking Certificate focuses on the skills required to detect the vulnerabilities of an organization's systems and networks that a malicious attacker may exploit. Students also learn to develop solutions to prevent such data breaches.
Wake Early College Cybersecurity option
Cybersecurity curriculum is available to those enrolled at the Wake Early College of Information and Biotechnologies at RTP Campus.
Career & College Promise Cyber Certificate
Dual-enrolled high school students in the CCP program can earn the Introduction to Cybersecurity Certificate.
