Income Tax Preparer Certificate

Wake Tech Course ID: C25800B

The Income Tax Preparer Certificate program prepares students for job opportunities in the accounting field in the specific area of income tax preparation.

Required courses are ACC-120, -129, -130 -132 and -140.

Credit earned in the program may be transferred toward an Accounting & Finance AAS Degree, provided the student meets the entrance requirements for that program.

Graduates should qualify for entry-level accounting positions in accounting firms, small businesses, manufacturing firms, banks, hospitals, school systems and governmental agencies.
