Institutional Effectiveness

The Institutional Effectiveness Department (IE) collaborates with faculty, staff, administrators and external partners in continuously improving Wake Tech's programs and services to foster student success and advance the college's mission and goals.

IE provides leadership and services in assessment, research and evaluation, accreditation and compliance, and strategic planning to improve student outcomes and ensure institutional quality.

IE's activities are grounded in the following values:
