Wake Tech East, in Wendell, offer courses for Associate in Arts, Associate in Science and Associate in Engineering students, as well as Emergency Medical Science AAS students.

The campus features a Public Safety Simulation Complex, a hub for academic programs and student services and activities, and an award-winning energy plant. The public safety building includes a 4D immersive streetscape for training first responders and a track for emergency vehicle and pursuit training.

An Advanced Technology Center under construction will house biotechnology training, state-of-the-art labs and space for unmanned aircraft systems training and more.
