Wake Tech Foundation Donors
"When you learn, teach. When you get, give." – Maya Angelou
Donors are the lifeblood of Wake Tech. Thank you to all the generous corporations, organizations, employees, retirees, alumni and friends who sustain the college and make our students, our faculty and our region stronger.
Donors are recognized in Wake Tech's 2024-25 Annual Report.
Other forms of donor recognition include name and logo placement and acknowledgement at events and in press releases, depending on the gift and donor preference. For more information, contact the Foundation office.
Donor of the Month
The Donor of Month program highlights contributors to Wake Tech as a way to express gratitude for donors like you.
October 2026: This month, we’re proud to recognize Holt Brothers Construction for its commitment to Wake Tech. A valued donor since 2013, the company recently renewed its support of Wake Tech and the Holt Brothers Malone Academy Endowed Scholarship, helping create life-changing opportunities for students and strengthening pathways to success.
The Holt Brothers Malone Academy Endowed Scholarship is awarded to Vernon Malone College & Career Academy students pursuing a degree in Construction Management Technology at Wake Tech. From their small-town beginnings to award-winning careers in the National Football League, brothers Terrence and Torry Holt understand the power of hard work, determination and perseverance. Through this scholarship, they are helping the next generation build bright futures of their own, opening doors to educational and career success both in construction and beyond.
We are grateful for Holt Brothers Construction's continued partnership and investment in Wake Tech students. Their generosity is creating pathways to achievement, empowering future industry leaders and making a lasting impact on our community for years to come.
