Wake Tech Foundation Donors

Donors are the lifeblood of Wake Tech. Thank you to all the generous corporations, organizations, employees, retirees, alumni and friends who sustain the college and make our students, our faculty and our region stronger.

Donors are recognized in Wake Tech's 2024-25 Annual Report.

Other forms of donor recognition include name and logo placement and acknowledgement at events and in press releases, depending on the gift and donor preference. For more information, contact the Foundation office.

Donor of the Month

The Donor of Month program highlights contributors to Wake Tech as a way to express gratitude for donors like you.

February 2026: This month, we had the privilege of honoring the life of C.W. Guye Stroud, a 2017 graduate of Wake Tech's Associate in Fine Arts: Visual Arts program. Guye was a cherished husband, father and friend whose presence brought warmth, joy and inspiration to all who knew him. Guye's life was marked by his pursuit of excellence, his sense of humor, his love for the outdoors and the deep pride he took in his family.

Guye firmly believed in and personally experienced the transformative power of education to provide social and economic opportunity, as well as personal enrichment and fulfillment at any phase of life.

In tribute, the Guye Stroud Scholarship Endowment has been established to support Wake Tech students. Through this scholarship, Guye's spirit of generosity and determination will continue to guide and uplift others – living on in every student who bravely carves their own path forward.
