Donors are the lifeblood of Wake Tech. Thank you to all the generous corporations, organizations, employees, retirees, alumni and friends who sustain the college and make our students, our faculty and our region stronger.

Donors are recognized in Wake Tech's 2023-24 Annual Report.

The Donor of Month program highlights contributors to Wake Tech as a way to express gratitude for donors like you.

Southbend representative with in-kind gift

October 2025: This month, we're proud to celebrate Southbend for its generous gift-in-kind to Wake Tech's Culinary Arts program! The donation included a 10-burner range, a double-stack convection oven and a fryer – essential tools that will enhance hands-on learning for our students. The Culinary Arts program prepares students to become skilled professionals in a variety of foodservice settings, including full-service restaurants, hotels, catering companies and health care facilities.

Southbend is recognized as a global leader in heavy-duty, commercial cooking equipment. With perpetual new equipment innovations in the areas of energy savings, cooking speed, automation and safety, Southbend products are considered the best in the industry by chefs, consultants and industry experts.
