To attend an in-person New Student Orientation session, follow these steps:
Determine which type of seated session described below best fits your situation

Complete the questionnaire to register
Traditional students: This two-hour session is designed for students ages 18 to 24 who graduated from high school or an equivalency program within the last few years.
Non-traditional students: This two-hour session is designed for students age 25 and older and those with family or job responsibilities.
Extended session: This session, which lasts up to three hours, is designed for those who prefer a slower pace or may not feel comfortable online. We’ll demonstrate how to set up your Wake Tech email account, use Self-Service to register for classes and use Blackboard to get course information and submit assignments.
