In support of the Wake Technical Community College mission, the Health Sciences Division commits to providing quality educational programs to empower our graduates with the knowledge, skills and behaviors to be competent healthcare professionals engaged in supporting the health and well-being of a diverse population.

Dean's Message

Thank you for visiting the Health Sciences Division of Wake Technical Community College. On behalf of the Health Sciences Division, we would like to express our excitement that you have chosen to visit our site and we hope that the information you find on this site will be helpful to you.

To address the demand for highly qualified health professionals, we offer a diverse set of associate degree and diploma programs in Nursing and Allied Health. We offer Medical Sonography, Electroneurodiagnostic Technology, Pharmacy Technology, Medical Laboratory Technology, Phlebotomy, Radiography, Dental Hygiene, Dental Assisting, Medical Assisting, Emergency Medical Science, Human Services Technology/Substance Abuse/Mental Health/Gerontology, Nurse Aide, Healthcare Simulation, Associate Degree Nursing, Therapeutic Massage, Mammography, Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technology and Health and Fitness Science.

The Health Sciences Division is committed to preparing competent, caring, and compassionate health care providers who are ready to address the demands of a dynamic health care environment.
