Wake Tech is seeking to expand its pool of adjunct faculty for tutorial support. Individualized Learning Center (ILC) tutors do the following:
Provides tutoring activities to increase student achievement, including developing workshops and supplementary handouts as appropriate
Creates and maintains publications and other communications projects that benefit the ILC in general
Ensures proper procedures for time cards and registration
Performs administrative duties, such as necessary record-keeping meeting auditing requirements
Stays abreast of current trends in tutoring in the adult education field through various forms of professional development
Conducts workshops as needed
