Academic Success workshops are designed to help students develop successful college study habits. By signing up for various interactive workshops on campus, you will learn how to become a better college student by learning study strategies and tips to reach your academic goals.  


  • Students are welcome to attend any or all workshop based on their needs during the semester.
  • All topics will be covered more than once in order to accommodate your busy schedule!
  • ALL workshops are offered at NO CHARGE to students.
  • Workshop reservations are made on a first come-first served basis.
  • Once a workshop is full, registration will no longer be open.

Motivation is the key to success in college.  Motivation can come in many forms.  Through an interactive format, students will leave the workshop with motivation tips and tools.

Learn to identify your stressors and coping resources. We will review stress management techniques as well as create personal plans to minimize the effects of stress during the academic year.

Learn how to organize and balance your workload to minimize stress during critical periods of the semester.

Learn actions students take to achieve academic success. This interactive workshop will enable you to set an academic goal, prioritize your actions for academic success and reflect on your personal success journey!
