At Wake Tech, Pathways Success Scholars (Pathways Male Mentoring) seek to promote success rates of the Wake Tech first-time in college minority male student population through academic, social and career-based activities and opportunities. Students can expect to engage in on-campus networking, leadership development skills, and personal growth programming that increases academic success. The Minority Male Success Initiative (MMSI) is a system-wide effort designed to enhance the educational success of all minority males currently enrolled in the NC Community College System. Wake Tech is one of several community colleges participating in MMSI.
