Wake Tech is closed December 24 through January 4 for winter break and will reopen January 5. Prospective students can still apply for enrollment online during the break, and continuing students can register for Spring semester classes, which start January 7.
The Early Childhood Education Certificate's provides students with a strong foundation in understanding preschool-aged child development and prepares them to work with young children in group care settings.
The program consists of five courses focused on children ages 3 to 5 (and up to age 8):
