Wake Tech's Fall graduation ceremonies are set for 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. Saturday on Scott Northern Wake Campus. Family and friends unable to attend in person can watch the ceremonies live online.
The Data Science and Programming Support Services program prepares learners to design and develop desktop and web applications with an emphasis on business logic and data‐driven applications. Graduates will be proficient in Python, SQL, XML, database development, client/server‐side JavaScript and Python. Graduates will be able to support the software development needs of businesses in a variety of industries, including health care, manufacturing, insurance, finance and software publishing.
Potential occupations include: database specialist, database developer, programmer, software developer, web developer, programmer/analyst, business analyst, systems analyst, software trainer, software tester, quality assurance specialist, technical writer and database developer.
