Sliders
- Cook the burgers: shape into 3-4 oz patties, flattened in the center to promote even cooking, season with salt and pepper, grill till desired doneness.
- Rub portobello with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and grill till soft and juices are released.
- Toast buns.
- Make tapenade mayo: add 2Tb olive tapenade to 1/4c mayo. Squeeze a little lemon juice in, season with salt and pepper.
- Make chipotle mayo: add 1Tb chopped chipotles in adobo sauce to 1/4c mayo, squeeze in a little lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
- Add toppings and enjoy!
