The Computer Programming & Development AAS Degree prepares individuals to design and develop software solutions using industry-relevant tools and programming languages.
Students learn to solve real-world business problems using programming techniques, logical thinking and software development methodologies. Hands-on training in programming and related computing areas is emphasized, equipping students with the adaptability needed to stay current as technologies evolve.
Graduates will be proficient in Python, Java, C++, SQL, unit testing, and will gain exposure to AI-related technologies and techniques. They will be prepared to support the software development needs of a range of industries and may be qualified for the following positions:
