The Facility Maintenance Technology AAS Degree prepares individuals to repair and maintain electrical and mechanical systems in commercial and industrial institutions.
The program emphasizes multi-disciplined systems maintenance, troubleshooting and problem resolution. Courses cover air conditioning, heating and refrigeration; electrical; building automation; safety; print reading; and industrial data communications.
Graduates should qualify for entry-level positions related to facility operation and maintenance that require a broad range of competencies.
