Peer Mentor Program

The Pathways Success Scholars Peer Mentor program connects first-generation college students with experienced mentors. The Wake Tech students serving as mentors understand the challenges of college life and can provide guidance, share their wisdom and experiences and support students through their college journey.

The Peer Mentors draw from their own experiences as students and guide others, increasing the sense of belonging and community at Wake Tech. They provide a variety of support, including study skills, time management, connection and resources.
