Everything Is Connected

Join local multimedia artist Patrizia Ferreira at the Scott Northern Wake Library for Everything is Connected, a two-day workshop and artist residency event on November 3 and November 6 that is open to all Wake Tech students, faculty and staff.

In this hands-on workshop, learn to create ropes and nets from repurposed plastic bags, using simple knotting techniques that show how individual strands gain strength when woven together. The pieces will become part of a larger installation that will go on display in spring 2026.
