Real Estate Post Licensing: Contracts and Closing (302)

This is one of three 30-instructional-hour courses in the North Carolina mandatory post-licensing program. All real estate brokers in NC must complete 90 hours of training within 18 months of being initially licensed. (Classes do not have to be taken in order.) The objective of the course is to provide instruction on topics of special importance beyond that provided in pre-licensing courses.

Course Objectives

possess a substantial working knowledge and understanding of the topic to analyze relevant facts, principles, and procedures in a variety of situations likely to be found in real estate brokerage practice.

Most current version of "North Carolina Real Estate Manual". These manuals can be requested from the NCREC.

We are approved location to hold this training.

Requirements for Successful Completion

90% attendance"Students must pass the end of course examination with a minimum of 75% and satisfactorily complete any required activity and homework exercises. "
