Soft skills – critical interpersonal skills – are essential for success. Each lesson in this course focuses on a specific skill required to advance in the workplace: employer awareness, self-awareness and self-management, organization, and conflict resolution. Become a better employee as you learn to identify your core beliefs, realize the power of perception, and understand expectations and accountable behavior.
