  • BIOPHARMACEUTICAL TECHNOLOGY- An overview of the Biopharmaceutical Technology program.
     
  • HEAVY EQUIPMENT & TRANSPORT TECHNOLOGY- Learn about advancements in diesel engine emissions and a dynamometer demonstration. Stop in to see a working simulation of heavy equipment.
     
  • MATHEMATICS, SCIENCES & ENGINEERING- Learn the basics of the College Transfer program and how to navigate the first two years of your undergraduate degree.
     
  • COMPUTER TECHNOLOGIES- Learn about the IT programs available and what’s new at the RTP Campus.
     
  • AIR CONDITIONING, HEATING, & REFRIGERATION- Learn about the program offerings.
     
  • ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS- Learn about training for people interested in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems found in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.
     
  • WELDING- Learn about national and state labor wage trends, welder shortage information, and future Forbes employment predictions. We will discuss upcoming program changes that reflect the growing need pipe welders. Learn more about the career pathways as well for current and future graduates.
     
  • FIRST YEAR ACADEMY- ACA 122: College Transfer Success is required for college transfer students in certain programs of study. It assists students with creating a successful transfer plan to 4-year institutions.
     
  • ACADEMIC FOUNDATIONS- Learn how the proper foundation of the college experience is crucial for success. This session is for students who need a stronger foundation in math, reading and writing, or English as a foreign language in order to give the best chance of successfully navigating the path to graduation.
     
  • AUTOMOTIVE TECHNOLOGY- Learn about the Associate Degree in Automotive Technology.
     
  • GUIDING PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS (GPS)- Learn about the curriculum offerings, services available, financial aid, and more to assist your enrollment process.
     
  • FINANCIAL AID 101- Learn the basics of financial aid and budgeting. Students and parents will learn about financial aid, managing college expenses, and avoiding common pitfalls.
     
  • CAREER & EMPLOYMENT RESOURCES- Learn about resources that are in place to help undecided students select an appropriate major or determine employment opportunities that correspond to a field of study. Learn about services designed to help students search for jobs while at Wake Tech including part-time or full-time employment, Work Based Learning, and internships. 
     
  • ASSOCIATES IN ENGINEERING- Learn about the Associates in Engineering Degree transfer to a University.
     
  • BIOPHARMACEUTICAL TECHNOLOGY- Learn about the Civil Engineering Technology & Geomatics (Surveying) Technology degree programs, with equipment demos and Q&A session.
     
  • ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING TECH- Watch a demonstration of DAQ Control of Drinking Water Supply and Waste Water Management using Lab View.
