Policies & Procedures


  • Policy: an action or procedure conforming to or considered with reference to prudence or expediency. Policies are approved by the Board of Trustees. 
  • Procedure: the sequence of actions or instructions to be followed in solving a problem or accomplishing a task. Procedures are reviewed by the President's Advisory Council and approved by the Executive Vice President of the college.
  • General Information: any information which does not fit into the policy or procedure category and which is general in nature. General Information only needs to be approved at the Vice President level.

Every effort has been made to provide accurate information. It is possible that a policy has been amended since posting on the web or that a more current version of a policy exists.

Policy Updates:

A list of policy updates to the College Catalog and Employee Handbook can be viewed by clicking on the Excel spreadsheets below. The spreadsheets are password-protected, only allowing the user to read, view, and use the "sort" or "filter" feature to find when a specific policy was last changed.

Note: Every effort has been made to provide accurate information. It is possible a policy has been amended since the last posted spreadsheet. Please refer to the online publications for the most up-to-date information regarding policies.
