Need assistance with a video, podcast, livestream or other media services? Media Production provides services to students, staff and faculty. Wake County residents and Workforce Continuing Education students may also use Eagle Zone (EZ) Studios by presenting a valid ID.
Faculty, staff and students can use EZ Studios to create their own high-quality videos with just the press of a few buttons and a USB. Located in libraries on Southern Wake and Scott Northern Wake campuses, the studios are ideal spaces for students to practice oral presentations, record group projects and create movies. Meanwhile, staff and faculty can use the resource to create how-to videos and online and in-person instructional videos.
Wake County residents and Workforce Continuing Education students may also use the EZ Studios by presenting a valid ID (must follow library guidelines). The studios were created thanks to the First In The World grant.
The Media Production computer lab and studio are below the library on Southern Wake Campus. The computer lab has three Apple computers with internet access and multimedia software for users to edit their multimedia projects.
Beside the computer lab is a large, non-automated video production studio with advanced cameras, studio lights, backdrops, green screen technology and audio equipment for users to learn more advanced technology. A media production staff member must be present to use this studio.
