Wake Tech is closed December 24 through January 4 for winter break and will reopen January 5. Prospective students can still apply for enrollment online during the break, and continuing students can register for Spring semester classes, which start January 7.
Dr. Scott Ralls welcomes Jamie Thomas, Wake Tech's Board of Trustees chair, to the podcast to learn more about why she enjoys serving the college. Thomas also talks about growing up and attending college in Tennessee and her position as general manager for strategy and development at IBM Systems. She also discusses the important role Wake Tech plays in providing equitable access to educational opportunities to help individuals be successful in life.
